The regression stories are about the characters returning to a younger version of themselves in the past with their memories of the future intact and making changes in the past to achieve their goals and fix their past mistakes. 


In regression manhwa and manga, we witness the characters develop as they make changes in the past to achieve their desired goal, whether revenge or preventing a tragic event. We can see how the characters' actions have affected the world around them, from relationships to creating new obstacles along the way. The possibilities are endless!
